Biography

Details Realty Inc.,  Brokerage, established in 2006, is a family run, full service, boutique real estate brokerage. It is owned and operated by Richard Keirans, Broker of Record, and Debra Wright, Broker.

Richard started working as a REALTOR® more than 25 years ago, after working many years in public service.  Before becoming a REALTOR® Richard was a seasoned real estate investor, having personally renovated and flipped 17 homes. Richard not only runs the brokerage and provides agent training and support, he continues to actively sell real estate as well.

Debra became a REALTOR ® in 2006, after more than 30 years of running a small consulting business. She worked together with Richard on the renovation of 4 homes.  Debra oversees the administrative management of the brokerage, provides agent training and support and actively sells real estate. She is also the 2021 Past President of the Ottawa Real Estate Board, having served on its Board of CDirectors from 2016-2022 (except 2018).  In addition, she has organized and facilitated the "Christmas Giving for Chrysalis House" project since 2016.
